What is our return policy?

All DynamadermPlus products purchased directly from dynamadermplus.com are eligible for a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that DynamadermPlus is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

If you have purchased DynamadermPlus products from a salon, spa, or another website, please contact the respective store directly to inquire about their return policy.

How do I make a return?

If you wish to initiate a return for our products, please follow these steps:

  1. Call our Customer Care Team at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX or use the Live Chat available on our website from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Alternatively, you can provide your contact information and reason for return through our customer support email.
  2. A member of our team will assist you and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please note that an RMA# is required for processing returns and issuing credit. Returns received without a valid RMA# will not be automatically refunded.
  3. Download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form from our website. Write the RMA# clearly in the designated box on the form and on the outside of your return package. Include your packing slip inside the package, and it is recommended to keep a copy for your records. Remember, you are responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or any lost or undelivered items during the return process.
  4. Ship the package to the following address, ensuring that your return address is placed in the top left corner:

How are refunds processed?

Once your return tracking shows as "Delivered" and your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s), including any tax paid on the item(s), minus any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds already provided to you in connection with the products. However, please note that the original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.

How do I return products not purchased at DynamadermPlus?

Items not purchased directly from dynamadermplus.com cannot be returned for a refund through our website. Please return such items to the original purchase location as per their respective return policies.
